Project scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, ownership, and support are governed by the signed proposal or services agreement for that engagement. If those documents conflict with these website terms, the signed agreement takes priority.

The Arisyn labs name, visual identity, website design, copy, code, and original materials are owned by Arisyn labs or used with permission. Client work shown in the portfolio remains subject to the ownership terms agreed with the relevant client.
